    Did you know that the grounds of the Halifax Citadel National Historic Site are open year-round? AND that they are dog-friendly? Climb up the steps to the Old Town Clock and spend an afternoon exploring the grounds of this centuries old fort.  

     

    Visit Georges Island

    Georges Island National Historic Site is located right in the heart of the Halifax Harbour. Take a ferry over and enjoy the scenic views of Downtown Halifax.
