Downtown Halifax Business Commission (DHBC) is a not-for-profit organization that represents the 1600+ businesses located in the Downtown core. We run programs, events, and marketing initiatives to help make Downtown Halifax a better place to live, work, and play.

It's Patio Season in Downtown Halifax! And do we have a patio for you! In fact, we have over 80 patios - from sidewalk cafes to waterfront beer gardens. Find your perfect patio this summer in Downtown Halifax. 

Downtown businesses and organizations are providing support for the evacuees and the emergency response crew. Some are offering donations to provide to those in need, and others are currently collecting donations to be dropped off to the evacuees.
