Evergreen Market
🛍️ Shop local at the open-air Evergreen Market! 22 cozy wooden chalets feature vendors from across the province offering a variety of local food, drink, apparel, gifts, and more.

Evergreen Bright
🌟 Evergreen Bright is a walkable trail of twinkling holiday light displays and installations throughout Downtown Halifax.

Music & Entertainment
🎶 The BG (Beer Garden) on the Halifax Waterfront, will be home to local bands and musicians throughout the Evergreen Festival. Enjoy cozy firepits, music and a variety of alcholic and non alcholic warm drinks!

Evergreen Winter Sport Zone
🏅 Experience free winter sports activities and games at the Evergreen Winter Sports Zone located in Foundation Lot South on the Halifax Waterfront (1549 Lower Water Street).

Evergreen Express
🚂 Hop on and off the Evergreen Express during the Festival! With departures from the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront every hour on the hour, and from Cunard every hour on the half-hour, the train offers a fun way to explore the Festival.

NEW THIS YEAR! Evergreen at Queen’s Marque
Step into a world of holiday magic at Queen’s Marque this Evergreen Festival. Explore festive dining, immersive art, and unforgettable experiences that bring the season to life. From cozy winter treats to dazzling lights, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Celebrate with your pup and meet Santa Paws at The Fog Company, sip cocktails at Bar Sofia’s Sleigh Bar, linger over French classics at Café Lunette, indulge in Peacock’s seasonal fondues, or explore the radiant Luminous Cloud installation.
Merry & Bright Patio
✨ The Halifax Marriott Harbourfront’s Merry & Bright Patio is the perfect spot for festive gatherings. Enjoy the lights, the cozy treats, AND capture unforgettable memories!
The patio is free to attend. Food and drinks are extra.

NEW THIS YEAR! Spruce's Evergreen Cocoa Trail Passports!
Grab a Cocoa Trail Passport at a participating business or at the Evergreen Festival's Winter Welcome Kiosk in the Salt Yard on the Halifax Waterfront, and collect 5 stickers from participating businesses. Hand it in to the Winter Welcome Kiosk by December 14th, and you will be entered to win a festive Evergreen Prize Package!
Must be 19 years of age or older and a resident of Nova Scotia to be eligible to win.
