While we know that September isn't technically the start of the new year, it kind of feels that way, non?
Maybe because it marks the beginning of a new school year, and also ushers in the start of fall and the cooler months ahead.
But September is also full of exciting events and things to do, and with the warm and pleasant weather, it's a great time to get out and enjoy everything happening in Downtown Halifax.

Did you know that September 30 is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation in Canada? This day honours the survivors and families of residential schools, as well as the children who never came home. Learn more about this important day here.
