The promotion begins Wednesday, January 25, 2023, and ends Friday, February 3, 2023. The winner will be announced on MOVE 100's Mornings with Erin & Peter on Monday, February 6, 2023. 

The winner will have their Declaration of Love shown as part of DELIGHTFUL DOWNTOWN's Valentine's Day light projection show on the former Halifax Memorial Library building at Grafton Park on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 (rain date will be Wednesday, February 15, 2023), AND receive the Valentine's Day Gift Basket worth over $1,000.
