Celebrating Random Acts of Kindness Day 2026

DHBC wants to spread more kindness across Downtown Halifax and we need your help!

We are encouraging our Members to participate in Random Acts of Kindness Day in one of two ways.
 

Join us, Tuesday, February 17 between 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. to paint rocks, while we feed you lunch. 

Paint the rocks with kind words and designs and then share your rocks with the rest of Downtown by putting them out in the world. 

*space is limited to the first 30 people who register.

Can't make it Tuesday? 

Email colleen@downtownhalifax.ca to arrange a pick-up of a pre-made "Kindness Rock Kit" from us to take back to your office and paint with your team. 

*we have 10 pre-made kits for the first 10 businesses that email Colleen to pick up next week.
