DELIGHTFUL DOWNTOWN Halifax Explosion Light Show

DELIGHTFUL DOWNTOWN, brought to you by Downtown Halifax Business Commission (DHBC), is a series of vivid light shows and installations around Downtown Halifax, and includes the beautiful light projection shows on the former Halifax Memorial Library Building at Grafton Park (corner of Spring Garden Road and Grafton Street). These light projection shows will run until January 12, 2025. During this timeframe, the light shows will start at dusk each night and run until 11 pm. 

The Halifax Explosion Light Show runs from 5:00 - 11:00 pm on December 6 - 7. 

DELIGHTFUL DOWNTOWN also includes the winter-themed lights in Peace and Friendship Park; the tree wrap lights  in Granville Mall, Raymond Taavel Park, Grafton Park, Peace and Friendship Park, and on Bedford Row; and the seasonal light pole displays during the holiday and winter months.
