A definite contender for this year’s 50 Best List, newly opened PMQ Restaurant proves (to any doubters) that German cuisine can be a great thing. This dinner will be curated and hosted by Chief Curator, Alexander Henden and Chef Ian Clarke.

Pretzel Bites
Soft salted house pretzel trio of accoutrements, bad boy butter, warm beer cheese sauce, malted mustard
Gurkensalat
Cool thinly sliced cucumbers, creamy dill dressing, pickled red onion and radish
Eingelegter Hering
Raw herring lightly pickled in cider, green apple relish, sour cream, chives, horseradish and pumpernickel crips
Maultaschen
Dumplings stuffed with broccoli, mushrooms, walnuts and spinach in vegetable broth
Rouladen
Beef brisket rolled up with bacon, onions, pickles and mustard. Served with pan gravy, blaurkraut and spätzle
Strudel
Apple strudel with house-made vanilla ice cream and whipped cream
