Meet Helen (Ha Le), owner of Midyat Tailor Halifax in Scotia Square, Downtown Halifax.
Helen and her family moved from Vietnam in 2019. Growing up surrounded by her mom and aunties who are sewers and tailors, she found herself in love with the magic of tailoring. She has a passion for sustainable fashion and has always loved the creative challenge of giving clothes a new life and making her client’s alteration dreams come true.
She specializes in formal wear including wedding and prom dresses, suites, jackets, and more.
