Downtown Spotlight: Lark and Finch Clothing

Meet Glenna Campbell, owner of Lark and Finch Clothing, Barrington Street’s newest boutique.

Glenna grew up in Prince Edward Island with an affinity for art and aesthetics. She studied fashion design for two years at Toronto Metropolitan University before changing direction, returning home to pursue a business undergraduate at University of Prince Edward Island, and then to Dalhousie University to complete law school. Glenna has worked as a lawyer in Downtown Halifax for 25 years but had always envisioned opening a shop on Barrington Street. After raising two boys of her own and encouraging them to follow their passions, she decided to take her own advice and pursue her dreams of opening Lark and Finch Clothing in September 2022.

The boutique is located at 1669 Barrington Street and sells a variety of business casual clothing for women and men, from dresses to jeans, suits, hats, accessories, and more. Find unique pieces from trusted brands including but not limited to InWear, Part Two, Matinique, Charlie B, Levi’s and Kut from the Kloth. Winter stock is currently 40-60% off! Visit www.larkandfinch.ca or visit them in-store 11:00 – 5:30pm Tuesday to Friday, 11am – 5pm Saturday, 12 - 4pm Sunday.

Glenna believes that shopping should be a fun, personalized experience, and she is offering shopping parties for groups of four or more people until the end of June. Have a special occasion coming up or just need to freshen up your wardrobe? All guests will receive 15% off, beverages will be included, and no minimum purchase is required.
