Starry Night Gallery Hop
About the Event
Join participating galleries in Halifax for an evening of art and special events. The Prow Gallery will open it's doors for the 2nd Starry Night Gallery Hop to celebrate its official one year anniversary!
At the Starry Night Gallery Hop Prow Gallery artist Trevor Novak will be presenting a three-minute animated film titled "Mr. Business". Mr. Business was created with funding from the Media Arts Scholarship Trevor received from CFAT (Centre for Art Tapes). Trevor will discuss his art practice at an artist talk at 7:30 pm in the Gallery.
Originally from Ontario, Trevor received an Advanced Diploma in Ceramics from Sheridan College and a BFA in Ceramics from NSCAD University. His work has been exhibited in Canada and the US and is collected by the Nova Scotia art bank and in private collections across the world. He can currently be found making digital and sculptural art in his Halifax studio.
