This class is designed for the beginner wine-enthusiast looking to develop their knowledge and appreciation of rosé, sweet, and fortified wine! This class is part of our larger 5-week program: An Introduction To Wine. Enrolment in the full course is not required to take this class!

This class covers wine sensory and theory fundamentals including winemaking basics, tasting techniques, core grape varieties, food pairing, and regional highlights.

You will taste 5 wines with 5 food pairings, and class material will be provided for you to keep!
