This beloved event draws tens of thousands of spectators eager to experience the sights and sounds of this highly anticipated kickoff to the holiday season. Families from across the region will gather in Halifax’s vibrant downtown, filling the streets and shopping districts to enjoy a magical procession of floats from community groups and corporate partners. Spectators are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items, packaged toys, or cash donations, which will be collected along the parade route to assist those in need this holiday season.
