The recent pandemic was particularly hard on Downtowns and Mainstreets in towns and cities across the world. However, these challenges also brought new inspiration, innovation and partnerships, to propel these areas forward.
The hosts of this year's Downtowns Atlantic Canada (DAC) Conference asked, "Where Do We Grow From Here?”, and set out to create a program dedicated to addressing this question. The keynote speakers, workshops, and roundtable discussions will provide best practice examples and motivation to keep our Downtowns and Mainstreets vibrant and prosperous.
2023 Conference Hosts
The 2023 conference is co-hosted by: Downtown Dartmouth Business Commission, Downtown Halifax Business Commission, North End Business Association, Porters Lake Business Association, Sackville Business Association, Spring Garden Area Business Association, Spryfield Business Commission, Quinpool Road Mainstreet District Association, and Village on Main – Community Improvement District.
