Experience the power of OSHO Dynamic Meditation in person - a transformative practice to release stress, boost energy, and find inner peace.

Dynamic Meditation is a one-hour practice consisting of 5 stages:

1. Chaotic Breathing: Intense, deep, and fast breathing to build up energy.
2. Catharsis: Release everything that needs to be thrown out. Go totally mad!
3. Jumping with the mantra "Hoo": Jump up and down shouting "Hoo" to deeply resonate with your sacral chakra.
4. Silence: Freeze wherever you are, becoming a witness to everything happening within.
5. Celebration: Express yourself through music and dance, carrying your aliveness throughout the day.
