The JUNOS are here!

We’re so thrilled to welcome the JUNOS back to Downtown Halifax!

JUNOS Week, March 21-24, will be filled with concerts and performances by artists from all over the country in the JUNO Block Party, JUNOFEST, the JUNO Awards, and so much more.

But the fun Downtown starts even before JUNOS Week! With performances by local artists through the MUSIC LIVES HERE Grant and THE BIG SING celebrates CANADIAN MUSIC, the streets of Downtown Halifax will be filled with excitement and music, ready to welcome the big event!

Getting Around

Here are some sustainable transportation initiatives for JUNO Week!

1. Hop on the FREE JUNO EXPRESS shuttle or catch Bus 1360 or 1400 during designated hours:

  • Friday, March 22: 5:30pm to 12am
  • Saturday, March 23: 12pm to 12am
  • Sunday, March 24: 12pm to 12am

2. Take advantage of Park and Ride Shuttles at the Sackville and Portland Hills terminals for the JUNOS:

  • Saturday (both locations): 3pm to 12am (last trip leaving downtown at midnight)
  • Sunday (both locations): 3pm to 12am (last trip leaving downtown at midnight)

3. Sail into sustainability with our extended Alderney Ferry Service for the JUNOS weekend:

  • Friday, March 22 through Sunday, March 24
    • Last trip departing Dartmouth to Halifax at 1:30am
    • Last trip departing Halifax to Dartmouth at 1:45am

4. Free Maritime Bus shuttle buses from the Halifax Stanfield Airport on Friday, March 22 from 9:30am to 7:30pm.
