We are excited to offer our third Introductory Wine Course at Obladee. This is a 5-week, in-depth course designed for the beginner wine-enthusiast looking to develop their knowledge and understanding of wine basics. Class will be held each Tuesday evening from 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm beginning April 2, 2019 and ending April 30, 2019.

Class #2: Sparkling Wine
Defining Sparkling Wine; History of Sparkling Wine; Major Styles, Grapes and Regions; How Sparkling Wine is Made, Tasting and Evaluating Sparkling Wine, Pairing Food with Sparkling Wine
Class #3: White Wine
How White Wines are Made; Major Styles, Grapes and Regions; Tasting and Evaluating White Wine, Pairing Food with White Wine
Class #4: Red Wine
How Red Wines are Made; Major Styles, Grapes and Regions; Tasting and Evaluating Red Wine, Pairing Food with Red Wine
Class #5: Rosé, Fortified & Dessert Wine
Rosé: Defining Rosé and How It's Made; Major Styles, Grapes and Regions; Port, Sherry, Sauternes and Icewine: The History, How They're Made and When To Drink; Pairing Food with Fortified & Dessert Wine.
